About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Crew to join our BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' team in San Carlos City, Pangasinan. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic retail organisation. As a Store Crew member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth daily operations of our bakeshop.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly and helpful customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  2. Assist with various store operations, including stocking shelves, maintaining product displays, and processing sales transactions
  3. Prepare and package baked goods according to established recipes and standards
  4. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including the sales floor, checkout area, and back-of-house
  5. Actively participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
  6. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role, preferably in the bakery or food service industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanour
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
