Has a 1- or 2-year diploma in hospitality with previous experiences in stewarding

Supervising staff, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications is required.

At least 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related area

Have experience in handling Stewarding staff

Knowledgeable in Food Quality and Safety Standards

Staff Management: Train and supervise a team of stewards, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and ensuring adherence to cleaning and sanitation standards.

Sanitation & Hygiene: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen areas, dishes, utensils, and equipment to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Inventory & Supplies: Take inventory of supplies, equipment, and silverware, monitor stock levels, requisition new items, and ensure proper storage and distribution of foodstuffs and operating supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
