Project Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Superintendent to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labor, and materials to maintain project schedule and budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Enforce safety compliance
• Maintain accurate reports, site logs, and progress documentation.
• Attend and lead on-site meetings with contractors, clients, inspectors, and architects.
• Resolve conflicts or delays on-site and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure the protection of site assets and compliance with security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software is an advantage

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in constructing car showrooms or automotive facilities (if relevant).
• Background in commercial or specialty builds.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
