Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end database management, including: Data gathering from primary and secondary sources, such as government agencies, cold calls, mystery shopping, and both desktop and physical inspections
  • Data processing and analysis to glean insights, utilizing advanced Excel skills
  • Management of large databases with high attention to detail and organization
  • Prepare regular market reports, presentations, and other research deliverables for both internal and external audiences.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations on market trends, forecasts, and research findings to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Write comprehensive reports and studies on real estate market trends and analyses.
  • Create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and infographics to effectively communicate complex data and insights.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate sector.
  • Assist in the development of forecasting models and methodologies to predict market trends.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including brokerage, valuation, and consulting, to provide research support for various projects.
  • Respond to ad-hoc research requests from clients and colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the real estate industry and relevant economic factors.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of presentation templates and styles to enhance the overall quality and impact of research deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate research, market research, economic research, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with advanced data analysis skills.
  • Experience in managing large databases and data processing.
  • Excellent report writing skills, preferably with experience in writing research studies.
  • Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
  • Experience in creating impactful presentations and data visualizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
