Clinical Dietician Supervisor responsible for directing the functions of the Nutrition Clinic and Nutrition Support Service Team. He/She plans and monitors the daily operation of the Unit. He/She implements the Policies and procedures of all work processes for an efficient system providing of Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Support Process for In-Patients and Out-Patients. He/She initiates continuing professional education of Allied Professionals and Medical Staff.

Job Summary

  • Performs the Nutrition Care process per patient which includes Nutrition Screening / Nutrition Assessment, Development of Nutrition Care Plan, monitoring and evaluation of Nutrition outcomes
  • Documents suggestions in the patient's chart
  • Provide Nutrition Counselling to In-Patients, Out-Patients, their relatives, Employees and other Internal Customers.
  • Conducts Nutrition Support Lectures and Symposiums for allied Professionals and Medical Staff.
  • Attends famous board conferences and other Medical conferences for continuing education professional development.
  • Participates in case conferences as resource or guest lecturer on Nutrition Assessment/Nutrition Support.
  • Supervise the appropriate enteral nutrition formula and specialized oral supplements according to the patient's medical diagnosis.

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of BS Nutrition
  • At least 3 year of relevant work experience in a hospital setting
  • Licensed Nutritionist - Dietitian
