Manager, Food Production

We are hiring a Food Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our bakery, pastry, and noodle production lines. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

• Manage plant operations: production, QA, maintenance, and safety.
• Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, DOST, DOLE, DENR, and LGU regulations.
• Approve raw materials, monitor supplier quality, and evaluate new vendors.
• Support new product development and technical trials.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality and safety issues, and apply preventive actions.
• Mentor and lead QA, production, and technical teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or Microbiology (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in QA, food safety, or technical management in food manufacturing (bakery/noodle industry an advantage).
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications: HACCP, GMP, Food Safety (Bakery Science Certification is a plus).
• Strong knowledge in bakery, pastry, and noodle processes, QA systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
