Job Title: Theater Creative & Production Lead
Reports To: Founder
Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Compensation: ₱28,000/month
Role Overview
The Theater Creative & Production Lead is responsible for leading the creative execution and day-to-day direction of theatrical productions, working closely with the Founder for overall vision, alignment, and final approvals.
This role carries significant creative responsibility but is intentionally positioned as a lead/coordinator-level role rather than a senior director title.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership & Direction
- Lead rehearsals and guide performers in character development, blocking, and staging
- Translate scripts and concepts into clear performance direction
- Shape pacing, tone, and scene flow in alignment with the Founder's vision
Rehearsal & Performance Execution
- Plan and facilitate rehearsals, run-throughs, and performance preparations
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to performers
- Ensure consistency and quality across all performances
Production & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with stage management, designers, and technical teams
- Support technical rehearsals, cueing, and live performances
- Identify and resolve creative or execution issues as they arise
Communication & Liaising
- Serve as the main point of coordination between cast, crew, and the Founder
- Communicate rehearsal notes, changes, and updates clearly and professionally
- Assist in coordinating with venues, collaborators, and partners
Accountability & Reporting
- Provide regular progress updates to the Founder
- Document rehearsal notes, decisions, and performance feedback
- Ensure productions are delivered on time and within agreed scope
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in theater performance, directing, or stage/production management
- Strong understanding of rehearsal processes and live production workflows
- Ability to lead performers while collaborating closely with leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable taking ownership within defined creative parameters

Pay: From Php28,000.00 per month
