Commissary Driver

The Driver is responsible for transporting goods, food, and equipment between the commissary, company facilities, and store locations.

Duties and Responsibilities- Driver:

1. Safely driving and transporting seafood and other supplies to various branches of the store, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
2. Preparing delivery routes and schedules to optimize efficiency, avoiding delays and ensuring all branches receive their supplies as needed.
3. Assisting in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that items are handled properly to maintain their quality.
4. Collecting necessary documents from each branch or store, including delivery receipts, order forms, and any other paperwork required for tracking.
5. Distributing collected documents to the relevant departments or individuals, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.
6. Collecting cash payments from branches, if applicable, and accurately recording transactions.
7. Submitting collected cash and financial documents to the main office, ensuring proper documentation and handling according to company procedures.
8. Adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols, including vehicle maintenance and road safety rules.
9. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the delivery vehicle, including cleaning and basic repairs.
10. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
11. Providing professional and courteous service to branch staff, addressing any delivery issues or concerns as they arise.
12. Maintaining detailed records of deliveries, cash collections, and document distributions, ensuring all transactions are accurately tracked and reported.
13. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
