· Scheduling: responsible for the scheduling of established, and new, patient appointments,

· Follow up appointments, return visits

· Telephone: direct calls and/or take messages according to office policy

· Enter and maintain correct patient data in computer system

· Verify patient information, collection of copay, co-insurance, and balances on accounts

· Address patient inquiries, schedule return visits

· Inform patients of medical provider office policy

· Scanning patient records and saving in provider system

· Office Administrative duties as needed

· Give directions to appointment location.

· Call and send text reminders of appointments.

· Check voicemails/email and respond quickly.

· Communicate with doctors via text and or email

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience working as a Virtual Assistant from home
  • 2-3 years working as an administrative assistant and or a Front Desk Coordinator.
  • Must be able to perform in high volume, stressful, very busy office.
  • Must be able to accept constructive feedback.
  • Excellent customer service and amazing telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent English
  • Proficient in Ehr system Athena or other Ehr systems
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be a subject matter expert in Front Desk Administration
  • Must be a fast learner

Requirements:

  • Must provide a letter of employment from previous employer.
  • Must have a fast and reliable internet speed
  • Must have 2 screens
  • Must have a power backup or willing to go to a co-working space
  • Must have a back up internet.
  • Must have your home office set up in a HIPAA Compliant space.

Pay: From Php58,265.92 per month
