Work Scope:

Livestream:

• Livestream Planning: Develop teaching livestream plans based on community player needs.
• Talent Coordination: Communicate with existing CCs or high-rank players, coordinate schedules, and align livestream details.
• Promotional Copywriting: Produce livestream promotional copy and outline creative material needs from a player's perspective.
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee livestream execution end-to-end, monitor community sentiment, collect results, and produce review reports.

Discord (DC) Management:

• Set up infrastructure (channel planning, bot testing).
• Diagnose and improve channel operations.
• Invite players to join the server.
• Plan and follow up on events, including copywriting and prize distribution.
• Conduct moderator interviews and maintain communication.
• Answer player questions and collect feedback.
• Monitor and manage community sentiment.
• Gather and organize data.
• Host and manage competitions/events.

Requirements

• Familiar with gaming, esports, or livestreaming.
• Proficient in English as a working language, including writing copy in English.
• Experienced in Discord community management, good communication skills, emotionally stable, and approachable.
• This is an on-site role at the Cupang office, with preference for candidates living nearby. Must be flexible with working hours and possible overtime based on project needs (if holding part-time jobs, must ensure they do not interfere with this role).
• Strong team spirit, willing to collaborate and support other team members.
• Healthy and resilient, able to handle high-pressure work.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
