The MuleSoft Developer will be part of an exciting team delivering effective and efficient integrations for the conglomerate. This role will work closely with business or operations experts, architects, IT functional teams, and other stakeholders to implement MuleSoft APIs that will generate business value and to ensure that development is done in accordance with set standards. This role will require knowledge in MuleSoft's Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform which includes Design Center, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, etc.

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

  • Engage Stakeholders (e.g. Employee Experience squad, Legal, BU IT, etc.) to understand and capture business requirements for integration
  • Create RAML Specifications as API contracts for development
  • Understand and implement Dataweave scripts
  • Deploy APIs to Production
  • Maintain Anypoint Exchange to ensure quality and understanding across different platform users
  • Publish Reusable APIs in our internal "marketplace"
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders the progress and status of projects
  • Practice API-Led Connectivity
  • Create/Manage Basic CI/CD Pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
  • Proactively analyze technology trends and business demand to identify potential business opportunities.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • 5+ years of development experience, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployments
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the MuleSoft (Mule 4 preferably)
  • Experience with Mule Hybrid/Standalone setup
  • Experience with Ubuntu Linux is a plus
  • (Optional) knowledge with other IPaaS technologies
  • Has good technical writing skills that can help deliver technical knowledge to non-technical users
  • Basic understanding on Cloud Infrastructure (Firewall, Loadbalancer, Azure, etc.) and Information and Cybersecurity (VAPT, PII, etc) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management
  • Experience in Platform Governance, DevOps, Agile Delivery and integration technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Good stakeholder management, ensuring we understand business needs and priorities.
  • Has Operational/Delivery excellence, ensuring projects are controlled and stakeholders are updated
