Job Overview:

We are seeking professional and dynamic Interpreters to support events, conferences, and other engagements requiring real-time language interpretation. The ideal candidate must be a native speaker of one of the following languages (aside from English): Filipino, Arabic, European languages, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, or German.

This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to represent the organization with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and clear simultaneous or consecutive interpretation during events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between English speakers and speakers of the target language.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Represent the organization with confidence and poise during events.
  • Travel to event locations as required.

Qualifications

  • Native speaker of any of the listed languages (Filipino, Arabic, European languages, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, or German).
  • Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Currently residing in the Philippines (foreigners welcome to apply).
  • Prior experience in interpretation, translation, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for work.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in formal or corporate events.
  • Knowledge of cultural nuances and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to various event settings.
