About the role
We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Fresh Graduates to join our vibrant team at the Victorian Placement Agency' in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to 29,000 PHP per month and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in customer service within a fast-paced call centre environment.
What you'll be doing
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our diverse client base through inbound and outbound calls
- Handling a wide range of customer inquiries, complaints and requests with empathy, patience and professionalism
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate or early career professional with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
