Position: FRANCHISE COORDINATORKey Responsibilities:
- Assist all prospect Franchise inquiries
- Prepare and review Franchise Agreement
- Provide Management a Gant chart of Activities from designs to actual opening date
- Coordinate with all concerned departments regarding franchise needs
- Ensure the franchise owner of full compliance to Franchise Agreement and other condition thereof
- Manage and monitor the proper operation of franchise outlets
- Monitor and update franchise billings
- Administer dialog, post sales meetings to discuss any concerns
- Conduct promotional ccampaign and exposure of franchise outlet
- All other tasks deemed necessary by Sales and Marketing Manager
