Risla Collection Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in our Angono Rizal location. As the Restaurant Manager Romantic Baboy Franchise, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bustling restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and fiscal management. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team and contribute to the continued success of our established brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, implementing strategies to improve profitability
  • Foster a positive work environment and excellent customer relations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative menu offerings
  • Represent the brand at community events and industry functions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial management and budgeting experience
  • Proficient in inventory control, staff scheduling, and operational planning
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
