About the role

Regent Foods Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Supervisor to join our team in our Pateros, Metro Manila location. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our sales operations both in import and export, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the sales team, handling import and export accounts to achieve sales targets and objectives
  2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to expand our customer base and increase market share
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  4. Coaching and mentoring the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  6. Monitoring and reporting on sales activities, budgets, and key performance indicators
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  2. Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve sales targets
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  5. Proficiency in using sales management and reporting tools
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
