Maintenance Planner

Position Summary:

He is responsible to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to plant and maintenance activities;

• Ensuring that maintenance processes are efficiently executed to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Maintenance Technicians, Supervisors, and other departments, to plan and schedule maintenance tasks effectively by creating maintenance schedules, identifying necessary resources and materials, estimating job durations, and developing work orders.
• Utilize Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and document maintenance activities, generate reports, and analyze data to improve maintenance processes.
• Plays a crucial role in maximizing operational efficiency by effectively planning and coordinating maintenance activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering Course and with five (5) years or more related work experience in the same field (Coal-Fired Power Plant or related industries).
• At least two (2) years of experience as a Maintenance Planner.
• License (Professional Regulation Commission) is an advantage.
• Computer proficiency in Maximo, SAP, or other CMMS and MS Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge in Maintenance principles and its implementation.
• Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method.
• Understanding blueprints, P&ID and as built drawings.
• Knowledge in Integrated Management System which includes ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 9001 Quality Management, and ISO 45001 OSH is an advantage.
• Interpersonal, planning, communication, and analytical skills are required.
• Logical and well-organized with the ability to prioritize.
• Team player and willing to share knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Please note that this is a project-based role initially for 6 months. Extension of employment period is a sole discretion of the company, subject to the individual's approval.
