The Role
We're looking for a ClickUp Process Trainer, a passionate communicator and detail-oriented project management professional who thrives on helping teams work smarter, not harder. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and inspiring others to embrace new tools and ways of working.
As our ClickUp Process Trainer, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and collaboration across Ecosa's global teams. You'll design and deliver structured training programs that empower employees to confidently use ClickUp for project management, task tracking, and process improvement. Beyond teaching the tool, you'll also help shape how we plan, execute, and communicate, ensuring that every team member understands not just how ClickUp works, but why it matters to our shared goals.
You'll work closely with department heads, project leads, and process owners to streamline workflows, document best practices, and establish clear standards for productivity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Enablement
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, demos, and workshops on ClickUp features and best practices.
- Create learning materials (guides, video walkthroughs, SOPs) tailored for different departments.
- Assess team learning needs and customize ClickUp training plans accordingly.
Process Design & Improvement
- Partner with Operations and Department Leads to document, refine, and implement workflows within ClickUp.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend ClickUp-based solutions or automations.
- Standardise task management, reporting, and communication across spaces and teams.
Project Management
- Manage ClickUp onboarding projects and rollout initiatives across multiple departments.
- Monitor project milestones, ensure timely task completion, and communicate updates with stakeholders.
- Serve as the bridge between Ecosa teams and system administrators for ClickUp enhancement requests.
Support & Feedback
- Provide ongoing support to ClickUp users, addressing questions and technical challenges.
- Gather feedback from users and share actionable insights for system improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or training roles.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to simplify complex topics and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience using ClickUp (or similar tools such as Asana, , Jira, Trello, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills and a structured approach to documentation.
- Analytical mindset with an eye for process gaps and workflow optimization.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in ClickUp Automations, Integrations (Slack, Zapier, Zendesk), and ClickUp AI.
- Experience creating process maps, SOPs, or enablement modules.
- Familiarity with productivity or learning platforms (e.g., Litmos, Loom, Notion, or Confluence).
