Accounting Superintendent

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Strong background in journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation, accounts payable, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets.
• Proven ability to manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP FI module.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to audit preparation with external and internal coordination is a plus but not required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business, or any related course
• Has 3–5 years of accounting experience with strong skills in journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.
• Has General Ledger Accounting skills
• Proficient in SAP and ERP system navigation (GL, AP, and Asset Accounting)
• Strong organizational and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss), bank reconciliation, amortization schedules, and accrual monitoring
• Has advance Microsoft Excel skills
• Has knowledge in compliance with accounting standards
