We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or those without prior BPO experience who are eager to start a rewarding career in customer service.

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with billing, product, or service-related concerns.
  • Document all interactions and follow up on pending issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members and support leads to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Senior High School Graduate
  • Undergraduate (Completed at least 2 years / 4 semesters)
  • College Graduate

Experience:

  • No BPO experience required — we provide full training

Skills:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
