· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
· Knowledge of computer hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
· Familiarity with different operating systems.
· Experience with networking basics (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
· Ability to perform system upgrades, backups, and data recovery.
· Configuration and support for Microsoft 365 apps (Office, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint).
· Understanding of cybersecurity basics (antivirus, firewalls, safe practices).
· Installation and configuration of analog and IP-based CCTV cameras.
· Familiarity with NVR/DVR systems, remote viewing, and storage setup.
· Ability to diagnose and repair faulty cameras, cabling, and power supplies.
· Knowledge of PABX/VoIP/SIP configuration and integration with networks.
· Ability to diagnose and repair fiber optic connectivity issues.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Good communication and customer service abilities.
· Attention to detail and patience when dealing with users.
· Ability to work independently or in a team.
· 1–2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
