- Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving shipments, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between store management and team members, communicating expectations, goals, and updates effectively.

Performance Evaluation and Development:
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
