Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising and monitoring daily site works for land development projects.
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper implementation.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Assist in resolving site issues and provide technical support to the team.
  • Support project scheduling, cost monitoring, and material requests.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
  • NO EXPERIENCE to at least 1 year of experience in land development, site development, or related civil works. (FINISHED PROJECT)
  • Basic knowledge of roadworks, drainage, utilities, and site development processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • NOT SENSITIVE IN WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
  • WILLING TO ASSIGN AT ANY PROJECT LOCATION.
  • CAN START ASAP
