We are seeking a decisive, highly organized Commercial Lending Analyst to join our Head Office in Knoxfield. This role is critical in our high-speed assessment process, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants their expertise to have immediate client impact.

• Business Financial Analysis: Analyze complex financial documents (P&L, cash flow, ATO notices) to assess borrower capacity.
• Secured Lending Assessment: Verify security documentation, property valuations, and LVR compliance for 1st and 2nd mortgages.
• Risk Determination: Evaluate applicant financial status and determine credit risk profiles for loan approval.
• Operational Execution: Coordinate documentation and processes to meet the 24-hour funding target.
• Professional Consultation: Liaise with brokers and clients, providing clear communication on loan structures and settlement requirements.

• 2+ years of recent experience in commercial lending or secured mortgage assessment within Australian financial services.
• Knowledge of Australian real estate property law.
• Expertise in evaluating property-secured loans, LVR calculations, and due diligence.
• Ability to analyze complex business financial statements and tax documentation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume workflows under time pressure.
• High proficiency in professional written and verbal communication.
