  • Sale Reports
  • Payroll Reports
  • Summary
  • Basic Financial Ratios.
  • Format.
  • Example attached upon progression of candidate hiring rounds.

Basic Financial Analysis – As Directed

  • Job Costings Analysis to assess project profitability.
  • Margin Analysis to assess project profitability.
  • Working Capital Analysis.
  • Identify anomalies, trends, and issues requiring escalation to the Principal.
  • Prepare Excel summaries for diagnostics and due diligence work.

Fathom / Castaway

  • Excel Uploads for non-Xero / MYOB / Quick Books clients.
  • Prepare Forecasts based on agreed drivers and inputs.
  • Report structuring & support.

Commercial Lending

  • Prepare Excel Summary / Complete Cito+.
  • Update Mercury – Lending CRM.
  • Follow up outstanding items with client / bank.

Bookkeeping

  • Lodge BAS returns.

Salesforce

  • Update Client Profiles.
  • Liaise with client to get the required data.

Mission Control

  • Project Set Up
  • Add Project Stakeholders to the Related Tab.
  • Establish Client Logo Image in Salesforce and Link to Projects.
  • Establish Client Hero Image in Salesforce and Link to Projects.
  • Establish Weekly Status Reports Issuance.
  • Project Management Update

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Intermediate to Advance Excell Skills.
  • Fathom Experience is a must
  • Accounting, Commercial or Equivalent Tertiary Qualification.
  • 3-4 Years Experience in Accounting, Banking, or Finance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
