Sourcing Support Senior Expert - Vietnamese Speaker
Sourcing Support Senior Expert will support end-to-end procurement processes, ensure accurate price updates, handle PR to PO conversions, oversee post-PO activities, and contribute to content creation and vendor master data (VMD) management.
YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPR to PO conversion: Manage purchase requisitions (PR) and convert them into purchase orders (PO) efficiently.Post-PO activities: Monitor order fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.Content creation & modification: Develop and update procurement-related documentation, templates, and process guidelines.Vendor Master Data (VMD) management: Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.Stakeholder Management & Communication: Support collaboration with business requesters, country partners, and suppliers through clear and impactful communication.Operational Support: Provide support in various operational activities such as order price, pay term validation, checks in SAP, PO reopening for necessary adjustments.WHO YOU ARE
Language proficiency: Native or fluent Vietnamese speaker with excellent communication skills in English.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration. Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain management.Technical Skills: Basic procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.Soft Skills: Effective communication and collaboration, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.Other Skills: Accountability, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
