Buod ng Trabaho:

Ang Kasambahay ay responsable sa pagpapanatili ng kalinisan, kaayusan, at kaigihan ng bahay. Siya ay tumutulong sa mga gawaing bahay tulad ng paglilinis, paglalaba, pamamalantsa, pagluluto, at iba pang pang-araw-araw na pangangailangan ng sambahayan.

Mga Tungkulin at Responsibilidad:

  • Panatilihin ang kalinisan ng bahay kabilang ang mga silid, sala, kusina, at banyo.
  • Maglaba, magpatuyo, at mamalantsa ng mga damit at kumot.
  • Magluto at maghanda ng pagkain ayon sa tagubilin ng amo.
  • Mamili ng mga pangunahing pangangailangan sa bahay kung kinakailangan.
  • Magtapon ng basura at siguraduhing malinis at maayos ang paligid.
  • Magbigay ng tulong sa mga espesyal na gawain gaya ng paglilinis bago o pagkatapos ng mga pagtitipon.
  • Igalang ang pribadong buhay ng mga kasambahay sa bahay at panatilihin ang pagiging kumpidensiyal ng mga impormasyon.

Mga Kwalipikasyon:

  • Marunong sa mga pangunahing gawaing bahay.
  • Maaasahan, masipag, at may mabuting asal.
  • Marunong magluto at maglinis ng maayos.
  • Marunong sumunod sa tagubilin at may inisyatibo.
  • May karanasan bilang kasambahay (optional ngunit malaking bentahe).
  • Malusog sa pangangatawan at may kakayahang magsagawa ng gawaing pisikal.

Iskedyul ng Trabaho:

  • Arawang trabaho: 6 na araw kada linggo (may isang araw na pahinga)
  • Oras ng trabaho: Ayon sa napagkasunduan ng amo at kasambahay
