Job Title: Residential Governess

Compensation: ₱40,000/month
Education: Master's in Education preferred
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Governess to provide personalized education and daily guidance for our children while overseeing household routines. The ideal candidate combines strong academic expertise with organizational and leadership skills to create a structured, nurturing, and well-managed home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide age-appropriate educational guidance and lessons, both one-on-one and in group settings with the children.
Develop and implement learning activities to support intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
Oversee daily household routines, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and smooth operation.
Supervise meals, study time, and recreational activities for the children.
Assist in planning educational outings and enrichment experiences.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding the children's progress, needs, and household updates.
Manage and coordinate light household tasks to maintain a functional and comfortable home environment.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in childcare, tutoring, or educational roles.
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment.
Discretion, reliability, and professionalism in a private household setting.

Patient, compassionate, and approachable with children.
Proactive, adaptable, and creative in managing household and educational responsibilities.
