Quality Assurance Team Leader

The Quality Assurance Team Leader manages the quality assurance process, including planning tests, creating test cases, tracking defects, and reporting. They lead the testing team, ensuring tests are done efficiently and meet quality standards. They also create test plans, assign tasks, review results, find issues, and work with development teams to fix problems.
Requirements and skills:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any relevant course
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership position
- Preferably with experience in construction or manufacturing
- Proficiency in warehouse management, inventory control, and operational procedures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent comprehension and ability to interpret circumstantial, situational, and verbal instructions
- Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships and camaraderie within the team
Area of Assignment: TAGUNOL BRANCH
