Treasury Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and ensure optimal liquidity across all entities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business needs.
• Oversee treasury operations for a multi-company structure, including intercompany fund transfers and reconciliations.
• Utilize ERP SAP Business One (SAP B1) for treasury functions, reporting, and data integrity.
• Monitor and execute timely payments, including vendor payments, payroll, and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain and manage banking relationships, including account setup, KYC compliance, and fee negotiations.
• Ensure treasury policies and procedures comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Consolidate cash positions and provide periodic reports to management on liquidity, variances, and risk.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives in treasury workflows and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (CPA, CMA, or CTP is an advantage).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience, preferably in a multi-entity or group structure.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One (SAP B1); advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with banking operations, account management, and compliance (KYC, AML, regulatory reporting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across entities and banking partners.
• Experience in process automation, system optimization, or treasury-related digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
