  • Open the office and its premises at the beginning of each work shift and ensure that it is properly secured at the end of the day.
  • Ensure locking of all windows, blinds, and doors. Ensure that the office and its premises are secured day and night.
  • Clean the office and its premises by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming its floors.
  • Gather and empty trash.
  • Service, clean and supply restroom. Checklist for cleaning restrooms should be accomplished before ending shift and properly endorsing it to the next reliever.
  • Clean, dust and polish furniture, fixtures, walls, machines and equipment.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Move furniture, equipment and supplies either manually or by using hand trucks.
  • Move and trim lawns and shrubbery, using mowers and power trimmers and clear debris from grounds.
  • Notify the duty supervisor or managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Remove barriers from sidewalks, driveways and parking areas.
  • Inform the duty supervisor or managers regarding requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
  • Set up, arrange and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders and equipment used for events to prepare facilities for the next event.
  • Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodents infestation. Ensure that all emergency equipment is ready to use at all times.
  • Observe safety and security measures at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
