Inbound Logistics Associate

OVERALL MANDATES

The Inbound Logistics Associate is responsible for monitoring and accounting for all incoming deliveries of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials. She is also responsible for overseeing the actual unloading of trucks in the loading area and ensuring that the Supplier follows the receiving procedure of the company. He/she is working with close coordination with his/her supervisor to be able to meet customer requirements and to ensure continuous warehouse and manufacturing operations.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure that all Raw Materials and Packaging Materials delivered by the supplier have an approved Purchase Order (PO) and conform to the delivery schedule provided by the Procurement Team.

· Ensures all deliveries have complete documents i. e. Delivery Receipt/ Sales Invoice and COA.

· Escalate concerns related to Purchase Orders and delivery documents to the Procurement Team.

· Ensures all raw and packaging deliveries are encoded in ERP (Netsuite) correctly.

· Prepares Inventory Receiving Report (IRR) and ensures that the document is signed by authorized signatories.

· Prepares Raw Materials and Packaging Materials Daily Receiving Report (Inbound Delivery Report).

· Prepares Purchase Return Slip (PRS) in case there is an item for return to the supplier.

· Ensure that all items for return to the supplier have an approved Statement of Quality Deviation.

· Ensures updating of inventory files based on the agreed cut-off time.

· Prepares Raw and Packaging Material Warehouse Utilization.

· Ensure that all deliveries are properly communicated to all concerned Departments through a proper group of communication.

· Consolidates all incoming deliveries to be used for Daily Operations Review.

· Prepares Inventory Cycle Count Sheet.

· Encode inventory count and analyze variances.

· Reports inventory variances to the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse and Logistics Manager.

· Ensure stock rotation of Raw material is being done regularly.

· Ensure proper labeling of Raw and Packaging Materials.

· Prepares transmittal of Item Receipts Form to Accounting.
