Plant Electrician

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year work experience as Plant Electrician.
• Familiarity with manufacturing utilities operation and processes, such as Boiler, Cooling Tower, Softener and Water Treatment.
• Familiarity with any basic maintenance system like Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), proactive maintenance, conditioned based maintenance or lubrication mapping.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for taking care and safekeeping of all electrical tools and equipment assigned to him/her.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, and operate efficiently as per PM Calendar.
• Execute assigned Work Orders in accordance with equipment suitability at shortest time possible.
• Inspects equipment and Plant Building Electrical system and initiates and or recommends repairs as needed to prolong its useful life.
