The Production Clerk is responsible for supporting the production department with administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring efficient flow of materials and documentation. This position involves maintaining production records, tracking inventory, coordinating work orders, and assisting with light physical tasks including lifting and moving materials.

Responsibilities may include:

-maintaining production records and reports

-Coordinating production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

-Monitoring Inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

-Communicating with production staff and management to relay important information.

-Performing data entry and maintaining accurate databases or spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

-College Graduate

-Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
