JOB DESCRIPTION

Development:

Build and maintain intuitive user interfaces to enhance user experience.
Write high-quality, reusable code following best practices, ensuring that other programmers can easily understand and utilize it.
Optimize and update code in a timely manner to avoid/eliminate technical debt.
Analyze reported bugs critically, identifying root causes and potential solutions. Open to suggestions and brainstorming sessions for resolving bugs and implementing improvements.
Maintain a proactive approach throughout its development lifecycle, from development and testing phases to deployment and beyond.
Ensure clear and timely communication with Quality Assurance (QA) team members. Provide necessary documentation and assistance to facilitate thorough testing and bug identification.

Software/Hardware Support:

Record desktop/software support instances and review them on a regular basis.
Implement permanent solutions for hardware and software problems.
Administration of system permissions.
Provide training and support to users on system especially on new features and software as needed.
Explain technical issues to users in a clear and understandable manner. Provide guidance on how to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
