Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Philippines for a Deputy Controller. The Deputy Controller will assist in managing the financial and accounting functions of the company, including overseeing internal controls, monitoring financial compliance, and preparing financial reports. The role involves supervising accounting staff, coordinating audits, and contributing to the overall financial strategies and policies of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Compliance
• Proficiency in Budgeting, Cost Management, and Financial Planning
• Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and collaboration
• Knowledge of Regulatory Standards and Audit Practices
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP Systems
• CPA qualification or equivalent, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in insurance or related industries
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
