Job Description:

  • Verify all incoming and outgoing deliveries are thoroughly checked and accurately recorded
  • Ensure that all inventory-related documents are duly signed and properly transmitted
  • Prepare items scheduled for delivery in advance of the delivery date to avoid delays or issues
  • Ensure that all items are correctly loaded onto delivery trucks
  • Acts as the person in charge of vehicle preventive maintenance schedule (PMS)
  • Coordinate effectively with vessels regarding inventory consumptions
  • Perform other related task that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • At least college graduate of any course.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and delivery operations
  • With professional driver's license restriction code (A, A1, B, B1, B2, C, D)
  • Preferably with experience in manual transmission vehicles (6W, elf)
  • Preferably a resident of Surigao City and neighboring cities/provinces
