Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Senior PowerBI Data Engineer, supporting over 300 complex reports across business units. Analyze, enhance, and optimize reporting, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with stakeholders, apply advanced Power BI and SQL skills, and contribute to enterprise-wide data architecture and business intelligence initiatives.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a complex, enterprise-level environment
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating data
• Experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, especially in data warehousing and architecture
• Strong understanding of data structures, modeling, and reporting best practices
• Experience with AI-enhanced analytics and assistive technologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

Your Daily Tasks

• Analyze, interpret, and enhance existing Power BI reports by diving deep into their business logic and structure.
• Work directly with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and HR teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Manage and optimize reporting across multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
• Reverse-engineer legacy reports to document business logic and improve performance.
• Collaborate with both local (Philippines) and offshore (Australia) BI professionals to maintain alignment and ensure quality outputs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of data architecture using tools like Microsoft Fabric.
• Stay current with trends in data analytics, AI, and assistive technologies to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.

• You will be part of a cross-regional Business Intelligence team that includes:
• 2 Power BI professionals based in the Philippines and 1 in Australia
