About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and improve production processes.

· Conduct time-and-motion studies, process mapping, and root cause analysis.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

· Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.

· Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to solve technical issues.

· Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

· Recommend cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing measures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

· At least 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.

· Proficient in using Google Workspace and MS Office applications.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
