Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the organization's ESG strategy, policies, and targets
  • Conduct ESG risk assessments and materiality analyses to identify key impact areas
  • Monitor and measure ESG performance across environmental, social, and governance indicators
  • Ensure compliance with ESG standards, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD)
  • Prepare ESG reports, disclosures, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into business operations
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with employees, suppliers, communities, and partners
  • Lead sustainability programs such as carbon reduction, waste management, and inclusion initiatives
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on ESG practices and compliance
  • Track emerging ESG trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend proactive actions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, Public Policy, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, or related roles
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD, and local regulations)
  • Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues, including climate change, social responsibility, human rights, and corporate governance
  • Experience in ESG reporting, data collection, metric development, and benchmarking
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assess performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
