Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a luxury resort, five-star hotel, or fine dining establishment.
- Strong capability in preparing Western, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian cuisines, suited to a diverse guest profile.
- Extensive background in menu engineering, kitchen management, and international cuisines, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Proven knowledge in cost control, HACCP standards, and food safety management.
- Passionate about sustainability, local sourcing, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills, with a focus on mentoring and building a high-performing culinary team.
- Willing to be based in El Nido, Palawan.
