Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a luxury resort, five-star hotel, or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong capability in preparing Western, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian cuisines, suited to a diverse guest profile.
  • Extensive background in menu engineering, kitchen management, and international cuisines, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Proven knowledge in cost control, HACCP standards, and food safety management.
  • Passionate about sustainability, local sourcing, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and people development skills, with a focus on mentoring and building a high-performing culinary team.
  • Willing to be based in El Nido, Palawan.
