What is your mission?We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support client operations, documentation, communications, and account coordination. You will manage administrative tasks related to client contracts, onboarding and offboarding, digital filing systems, reports, correspondence, and expense reconciliation. This role requires strong organization skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks related to client contracts and documentation.
- Assist with customer onboarding and offboarding, including setting up accounts.
- Manage emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Organize and update administrative agreements, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
- Maintain structured digital files and ensure documents are properly stored.
- Reconcile client bills and support expense‑related processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or any related field (preferred but not required).
- 2–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud‑based collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience in basic expense management or billing support.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
