Job Overview And Responsibility

Responsibilities: - Manage legal disputes and oversee litigation processes to maximize protection of company and client rights. - Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents. - Anticipate potential risks and propose viable preventive and corrective measures to mitigate legal liabilities. - Engage in negotiations and transactions to represent clients and safeguard crucial interests. - Expand relationships with government and regulatory agencies to ensure effective communication and resource coordination. - Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and confidentiality awareness to handle sensitive or high-risk cases. - Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills in high-pressure, adversarial, or emergency situations. - Available 24/7 for legal consultations, interventions, and external communications. - Represent clients in court hearings, regulatory meetings, enforcement procedures, or interactions with law enforcement agencies. - Fulfill other legal tasks assigned by senior management

Required Skills and Experience

Qualifications: - Must be a licensed lawyer in the Philippines with a valid law license. - Minimum of 2 years of legal advisory experience or law firm practice.
