Overview:

We are seeking experienced
ERP professionals
across both
SAP and Oracle platforms
to join our growing team. The roles span across
functional and technical modules
, supporting full life cycle implementations, system enhancements, stakeholder management, and solution delivery. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong domain knowledge, project experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation and support of ERP modules in SAP or Oracle (MM, SD, PP, FICO, TM, ABAP, CPI, Basis, SCM, EPM, Financials, etc.).
  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable ERP solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and integrations.
  • Conduct configuration, prototyping, testing (including UAT), and documentation in alignment with project standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for live systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and system optimization.
  • Engage in project planning, impact analysis, and regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Support solutioning, pre-sales discussions, and proposal development when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–10+ years of experience
    in ERP implementation and support.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one or more of the following:
  • SAP Modules:
    MM, SD, PP/QM, PM, FICO, TM, CPI, ABAP, Basis, EWM, IBP, WM, HANA
  • Oracle Modules:
    SCM, Financials, EPM, L2R (CX Suite), Tech Stack (OIC, APEX, VBCS)
  • Proven experience in at least
    1–3 full life cycle implementations
    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Senior Associate to Manager level and above).
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms such as
    S/4HANA
    ,
    Fusion Cloud
    ,
    Fiori
    ,
    Prophet
    , or
    Hyperion
    is an advantage.
  • Relevant
    SAP or Oracle certifications
    are preferred.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SOA, PI/PO, Java Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
