Accounting Supervisor

About the role

Grand Legacy Builders Construction and Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Angono, Rizal. As Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations and accounting processes of our growing construction and development company. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and transactions

• Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses

• Coordinate the annual audit process and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the company's strategic decision-making

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction or real estate industry

• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools such as Quickbooks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
