Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field
  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work on-site

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle non-voice tasks such as data entry, email handling, and transaction processing
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and partner information
  • Support internal teams with reporting and logistics updates
