IT Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional to support and enhance our company's information systems. The role involves integrating various systems into daily operations, managing IT-related support concerns, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth and efficient IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Integrate both third-party and internally developed systems into company operations.

· Act as the first line of support for system-related IT issues across departments.

· Provide technical support and training to end-users

· Coordinate with software and hardware vendors to address the company's IT needs.

· Develop and implement backup procedures for the company's data servers.

· Maintain and regularly update process flowcharts in collaboration with department heads.

· Monitor and ensure the reliability of all computers, servers, and network infrastructure.

· Collaborate with other departments to identify and plan for future IT requirements to improve operations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, BS Information Systems, BS Data Science, etc.)

· Experience working with ERP implementation, configuration, and support.

· Understanding of Change Management processes.

· Knowledge in system flowcharting and business process analysis.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Willing to work onsite in New Manila and Cubao, Quezon City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php27,000.00 per month
