The Role
The Trust & Safety Specialist Level 1 is responsible for providing courteous and effective support to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role involves assisting with compliance-related inquiries and tasks via machine learning tools, ticketing systems, and other communication channels.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service and compliance support via ticketing systems/ email
• Address compliance-related queries with clarity and professionalism.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Conduct initial analysis of compliance cases, escalating as needed to the Compliance Level 2 team.
• Stay updated on company policies, compliance procedures, and industry regulations.

What we Expect from you:

• Prior experience in customer support.
• Strong internet service to enable uninterrupted communication and task completion.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud, is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical proficiency with an aptitude to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with any shift, as well as weekend schedules
