Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and create learning opportunities for Instructors and Center assistants, including the following activities -
  • Creating with teammates the instructional story line based on the company's annual direction
  • Conducting research through Center visits and consultations with Instructors
  • Providing assistance in researching, preparing materials for, and conducting learning opportunities
  • Assist field members in coordination of voluntary study groups or mentoring groups and/or monitor instructor meetings
  • Assist instructors, staff and assistants regarding worksheet content and instruction concerns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder of any course (having a background Mathematics is a definite advantage)
  • Has interest in research, writing, and creation of training and seminar materials
  • High proficiency in Math.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a team and at the same time, work on own initiative without supervision
  • Computer literate in a variety of packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and video editing software
