· Be responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen.
· Maintain high standard of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
· Ensure consistent, high quality food products are served to guests at all times.
· Strive to continually improve guests and team satisfaction.
· Carry out cooking duties and support the daily operations of the kitchen
· Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
· Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.
· Maintain good conditions of all kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas conforming to the Company's standards.
· Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
· Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations are properly sanitized.
· Taking inventory of food supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
· Works in the designated station as set by Head Chef and/or Sous Chef.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
